In June 2003, MTB Mechanical moved into an 18,000-square-foot building on Industrial Drive in Matthews, providing our company with ample space for an office, sheet metal shop and warehouse. Our technicians are trained both in-house and in classes offered by manufacturers and distributors, which keeps our workers up to date on the latest HVAC technology. MTB Mechanical provides service and installation to families and businesses throughout the greater Charlotte area.
