Just as an insurance policy provides valuable protection on your home and automobile, an MTB Energy Savings Agreement provides valuable protection on your heating and air conditioning equipment.
Regular maintenance on your HVAC equipment can improve efficiency, lower your power or gas bills, keep your system operating safely, avoid costly breakdowns and ultimately prolong the life of your equipment. In addition, regular maintenance on your heating and air conditioning equipment is recommended and required by most manufacturers to maintian their warranties.
Our maintenance visit includes the following services:
- Clean outdoor coil
- Test compressor
- Check and test motor voltages, amp draw, windings and lubrication
- Test safety controls
- Check thermostat
- Check filters
- Clean condensate drain and pumps
- Check gas pressure
- Clean burners as needed
- Inspect heat exchanger (in accessible areas)
- Test defrost cycle
- Test auxiliary heat
- Check for adequate refrigerant charge and for possible leaks
- Check total performance and operating efficiency of system
In addition, you can call us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and we will send out our on-call technicians to handle any emergencies that arise.
