An Plumbing Savings Agreement doesn’t cost… IT PAYS!!

We agree to provide you with a complete home plumbing system inspection once a year during the term indicated. This is not a warranty, it is a preventative Plumbing Savings Agreement.

Savings Agreement Includes:

  • Dye test all toilets for internal leaks
  • Inspect faucets including checking all exposed hot & cold water supply lines
  • Inspect all exposed water piping
  • Inspect all fixture drains
  • Inspect washing machine hoses
  • Examine all hose bibs for leaks
  • Check all emergency shut offs & water shutoff valves
  • Inspect, clean & check operation of water heater

In addition to the above listed services, we will provide you with 24 hour EMERGENCY RESPONSE service with no overtime fees.

We will remind you when it's time to schedule your maintenance visit.

Please contact our customer service representatives Monday thru Friday between 9am and 3pm when calling to schedule a maintenance visit.

Maintenance visits are for "Routine" maintenance tasks only, not repairs.
