MTB Mechanical repairs and services a variety of heating, cooling and indoor air quality products:

MTB Mechanical services heating and cooling systems as well as indoor air quality systems. We believe in providing necessary repairs to keep your existing equipment working until it’s best for your family to replace it. We keep our technicians up to date on the latest HVAC technology by training them both in-house and in classes offered by manufacturers and distributors.

We provide up-front estimates and charge by the job, rather than by the hour, which takes the guesswork out of your heating and cooling service bills. Our managers have established long-term relationships with a variety of suppliers, which means we can secure the necessary parts for a job quickly and get your system up and running in short order.

We service all major brands of equipment. Those include (but aren’t limited to): Lennox, Trane, American Standard, Maytag, Carrier, Bryant, Comfortmaker, Heil, Rheem, Ruud, Amana, GE, Goodman, York and Honeywell.

We use an electronic dispatch board to prioritize jobs, route our service technicians and maintain constant contact with our staff. Our technicians drive company vans emblazoned with our logo, and they wear company uniforms and MTB Mechanical identification badges.
